Postpartum nourishment is more than just food
it’s the foundation of a mother’s healing and her baby’s earliest nutrition.
When I prepared for my own recovery, I wanted meals that were gentle on my healing body, rooted in clean ingredients, boosted milk supply, and were easy for my non-cooking husband to prepare. Nothing existed that met all those needs — so I created it myself.
Drawing from global postpartum traditions and modern nutritional guidance, I built recipes that honored both. At 35 weeks pregnant, I spent days cooking, ultimately stocking my freezer with more than 120 nutrient-dense meals designed for the critical first forty days.
When the fourth trimester arrived — chaotic, sleep-deprived, beautiful — those meals were our lifeline. Convenient yet deeply nourishing, they allowed us to focus on what mattered most: caring for mama and baby.
That experience became the inspiration for this company.
